Thomas Hemsley (1827 - 1912) was the eldest of
Fanny Hone and
Thomas Hemsley's children. He married
Jessie Franklyn (1825 - 1869). Thomas and Jessie had ten children.

8. Kate Hemsley (1865 -1930)
9. Edith Florence Hemsley (1867 -)
10. Baby Hemsley (1868 - 1868)
We are incredibly grateful to David Evans who has kindly allowed us to reproduce the photo of Margaret Huckett (nee Hemsley) and her family. Margaret is pictured here with her husband Walter Huckett and their two children, Margery and Oliver. Unfortunately Oliver and his brother Arnold died in World War 1. That makes at least six Hone descendants who died in the First World War.
