Rose Hone was born on August 27, 1818, the nineth child of William and Sarah Hone. Rose died in 1898.
Like her sister Matilda, Rose never married. She is listed in the 1881 Census as living with her sisters Ellen Soul, Fanny Hemsley and Matilda Hone at the Soul home in Nightingale Road. She worked as a School Mistress and is buried beside her parents at Abney Park.
